The rollers are resistable to sticking clay material under all exploitation conditions and are highly resistable to abrasion.

The use of texture rollers will raise the quantity of the manufactured facing brick for a minimum of 10 to 20 percent (minor flaws, colour, cracks in visible sides of the brick, are all minimized in the texture itself).

Texture roller sets are marked by numbers from 1 to 8. When purchasing, please add the number of the required set.

The guarantee for the texture rollers is 12 months, or 6 millions of manufactured textured bricks.

Within the guarantee date, texturing brick expenses are approximately 0,001USD per brick.

We also offer roller support; in other words, a texturing cell.

It is possible to mount the texturing cell on the support table, next to the extrusion and requires a minimum of 400mm space above the plastica.
